And this is how we eat it. Taking advantage on a seriously warm day (70!!!) in January papa opened the bee hive to inspect it. We were thrilled to finally look at the bees that we have been talking about so much (we know they are the ones who make the honey we love!). eventually a small piece of honey comb was broken in the process and put aside for our delight. We eat it all!!! Tomorrow we'll find out what digested wax looks like in diapers as we were not really successful at spiting it out. But we tried. Deux jours de chaleur incroyables cette semaine et j'en ai profité pour ramener la ruche dans notre jardin, sous ma fenetre, historie de pouvoir m'en occuper au mieux au jour le jour. J'étais bien heureux de voir qu'il y a encore des kilos de resreve de miel, ce que j'espere est un bon signe au milieu de l'hiver. Les loulous eaux ont pu voir les abeilles pour la première fois, en restant à istance raisonable (2m). Moi j'ai eu droit à ma premiere piqu...

The kids are going to their first dance class tomorrow afternoon.  I think they're going to love it.  They like dressing up in "dancing skirt" (skirts, scarves, other costume things we have around the house) and they love Latin music in particular.  It's a lot of fun to watch and encourage their passion for movement and music.
